TSS has partnered with various communities in the Northeastern United States to utilize municipal property for wireless site development.
This program has been extremely successful and has provided many benefits to both the wireless carriers and the municipalities involved in this program.
The participating municipalities have been able to generate a great deal of revenue from leasing portion of the program and have been able to limit the impact of issues such as tower proliferation and visual impact.
The carriers have been excited over the fact that the time needed to lease, zone and construct sites has been greatly reduced and made much simpler then previously experienced when dealing with municipalities.
